this approach is
exceptionally effective at resolving phobias and other emotional problems.
We all have
repressed memories of events, usually from childhood, stored within our
subconscious. These events were, at the time, too traumatic for the mind to
handle. The mind's answer to this was to
repress the memory and the accompanying emotion.
Most of the time we are
blissfully unaware of this, but, when given
usually completely unrecognisable,
these repressions can give rise to anxiety symptoms- irrational Fears and
association within hypnosis, the recall of such an event, and most importantly
the accompanying emotion, brings about a moment of surprising and liberating
self enlightenment resulting in an
extinguishing of the cause
and with it the
elimination of the effect.

problems, irrational behaviour, fears and phobias etc.. Analytical Therapy is
normally applied over 6 to 12 weekly sessions, each lasting approx. 90 minutes
although the first session is approx. 2 hours.
Post Hypnotic Suggestion -
This is most
people's idea of what Hypnotherapy is and, in it's own way is extremely
powerful. Positive, carefully
suggestions are used to
bring about a desired behavioural change. The suggestions are not only
positively worded but are also couched in the positive, which is the only
language understood by the subconscious mind. At all times, great care is taken
to avoid any possibility of symptom

Biting, Self Confidence and
Esteem, Fear of Flying, Enhanced Sports and Personal Achievement, General
Relaxation etc. etc.
Suggestion Therapy is normally applied over a period of between 1 and 4
weekly sessions each lasting approx. 75 minutes.
